This little duplex is looking for a new owner that can help bring it back to life! It is an up and down duplex with a decent sized yard and alley way in the back that offers off road parking. It is currently zoned for multifamily but with the city's approval you could easily turn it into a single-family home. It is currently condemned by the city due to sanitation issues.
