EXIT Realty and HMLS shall each have the authority to enforce its terms against User.

This is a very comfortable home with lots of room and warmth.  Located in a small town with friendly neighbors and easy access to larger communities with the amenities that we all need.  There is a large open kitchen with a monster sized island.  There is also a small office kiosk area and room for a dining table. The living room is large and has a working wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom has room for a California King bed and plenty more. The attached bathroom features a large soaker tub and walk in closet.  There are two bedrooms and a full bath at the other side of the house. Outside on the west side is a fenced, chain link, yard and the east side is also a large chain linked area that is currently being used for an active chicken and duck operation.
